As all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
